PURPOSE:To produce simply a ceramic wire with good yield by a method in which the sol composed of ceramic raw material is prepared, and after the tubular object disappearing at the sintering temperature of the ceramic has been filled with gellike ceramic material, this filled object is sintered. CONSTITUTION:After sol 11 has been put in a dipping tank 13, a tubular object 15 is dipped in said dipping tank 13. Next, the tubular object 15 having been dipped in the sol 11, is pulled up, whereby the sol is adhered to the inside of tubular object 15. Simultaneously with the pulling up thereof, if a drying coil 17 is energized, the coil is evaporated, and the sol 11 adhering to its surface is gelled by gelation. By repeating such process in order, the inside of the tubular object 15 is filled with gel 19, and a filled object 21 may be obtained. Then, a core body 23 and the tubular object 15 constituting the filled object 21 are burned off by means of sintering a formed body 25 by using an electric furnace. A ceramic coil 27 may be obtained by sintering said material at the temperature of 1000-1100 deg.C for 20-30 hours. |
