发明名称 Verfahren zur Herstellung von selbsterhaertenden, gegen den Angriff chemischer Substanzen, besonders gegen Saeuren, bestaendige Bindungen ergebenden Massen
摘要 A cold-setting composition yielding a solid chemically resistant mass, and finding use for masonry, tile jointing, coatings and moulded bodies, comprises a filler, a hardening agent and as a binding agent a liquid resin obtained by condensing a monohydric mononuclear phenol with an aldehyde, the filler consisting wholly or in part of a solid thermoplastic polymer resin in a subdivided state. Thermoplastic fillers specified are polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylates, polystyrene, epoxide resins, polyisobutylene, polyethylene, polytetrafluorethylene, polymonochlorotrifluorethylene, and copolymers thereof. Hardeners specified are maleic anhydride, naphthalene disulphonic acid, phosphorus pentoxide and chlorinated aliphatic alcohols, e.g. epichlorhydrin, dichlorhydrin and glycol chlorhydrin, which are latent hardeners. Binding agents specified are the liquid condensates of formaldehyde and phenol, cresol or xylenol, of furfural and phenol and of phenol, formaldehyde and furfural. The filler may also contain an inorganic or mineral filler, e.g. pulverized quartz, stoneware or glass; clay, barium sulphate, silicon carbide, silicon or graphite, and in addition a solid poly-condensation resin, e.g. a condensation product of formaldehyde and phenol and/or cresol(s) and/or xylenol(s), or solid furfural resins, furfuryl alcohol resins, or mixtures thereof, and/or ethyl cellulose, benzyl cellulose or other cellulose ether. A solvent, e.g. chlorobenzene, methylene chloride or fluoro-chloromethane may be added to the composition before or after hardening. The hardened products may be heat treated at 90 DEG to 150 DEG C. with or without the application of pressure. Where used, the mineral filler may be coated wholly or in part with the resin serving as the filler (see Group III). The liquid resin binder may be replaced by sodium or potassium waterglass (see Group V). In examples: (1) finely-ground waste polyvinylacetate is mixed with potassium silicofluoride or glycolide (as hardener) and made into a cement with potassium water-glass solution and with or without the addition of methylene chloride or chlorobenzene which may also be used in an after treatment; (2) powdered waste polyvinyl chloride is mixed with maleic anhydride or naphthalene disulphonic acid or phosphoric acid and made into a cement with a liquid formaldehydexylenol or phenol-furfural resin and epichlorhydrin and with or without chlorobenzene; and (3) polytetrafluorethylene or polymonochlorotrifluorethylene powder is mixed with P2O5 and made into a cement with a liquid phenol-formaldehyde resin and glycol chlorhydrin, and with or without fluoro-chloromethane.ALSO:Inorganic or mineral fillers for use in conjunction with solid thermoplastic polymer resins as fillers in cold-setting cement compositions, may be coated wholly or in part with the resin by wetting the filler with a solution of the resin or with a liquid resin and then drying or hardening the resin by a heat treatment with stirring. Resins specified are polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylates, polystyrene, epoxide resins, polyisobutylene, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polymonochlorotrifluorethylene and copolymers thereof. Inorganic fillers specified are pulverized quartz, earthenware and glass, clay, barium sulphate, silicon carbide, silicon and graphite.ALSO:A cold-setting composition yielding a solid chemically resistant mass and finding use for masonry, tile-jointing, coatings and moulded bodies, comprises a filler, a hardening agent and as binding agent a sodium or potassium water-glass solution, the filler consisting wholly or in part of a solid thermoplastic polymer resin in a subdivided state.
