<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of surfactant by adhering the uppermost surfactant-impregnated layer firmly to base layers by means of thermocompression bonding to unify all of them. CONSTITUTION:Layers 1b, 1c, 1d are previously laminated and unified. These layers 1b-1d are composed of phenolic resin etc., and they are in the half-dried state (prepreg). The uppermost layer 1a also is prepreg and this is impregnated with a fluor-surfactant F. The adequate amount of the fluor-surfactant for impregnation is in the range of 0.01 10.0 weight % to the prepreg 1a. The uppermost layer 1a is compressed and adhered to the laminated prepreg 1b-1d with pressure P and heat H. In this way, the layer 1a and the prepreg 1b-1d are firmly unified, while the fluorine-surfactant F impregnated in the uppermost layer 1a exudes to the surface of the base plate 1 to form a surfactant layer.</p> |
