Coupling for rail vehicles of model railways

In order to provide a two-phase electric line in a coupling for rail vehicles of model railways with a horizontally swivellable coupling device for detachably connecting two vehicles whose minimum spacing is defined by a brace, it is proposed to equip the coupling device with two leaf springs which are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the coupling device and electrically insulated from one another, each of the leaf springs being connected in an electrically conductive fashion to in each case one contact face per vehicle.
