PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which contains a specific glyceride mixture and ethyl alcohol in a specific proportion, thus keeping a low viscosity and homogeneity, even at low temperature, showing good spraying properties, and good taste without problems of fuming, when heated. CONSTITUTION:The subject composition is composed of (A) 50-90wt.% of 8-24C glyceride mixture containing 0-10wt.% of monoglycerides, 5-65wt.% of diglycerides and the rest of triglycerides, and (B) 10-50wt.% of ethyl alcohol. Further, phospholipid is added thereto in an amount of 0.2-5% based on the total weight of the oil to improve its mold-releasing and spattering properties, and storage stability. |
