<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time required in leading the cylinder rotating speed to a target speed by changing over the control characteristic of a phase control system according to the rotation frequency of the cylinder at that time. CONSTITUTION:The output of the counter 7 of a speed control system and the aiming rotation frequency omega0 stored in ROM 16 are compared in a comparator 18. The output of the comparator 18 expressed whether the cylinder rotation frequency is higher or lower than the frequency omega0. In a comparator 15, also, the term when a detection characteristic is changed is detected by comparing the output of the phase control system counter 4 and that from the ROM 16 and outputted to a switch 17. Arithmetic circuits 13, 14 output the result substracting or adding the output of the counter 4 and that of the ROM 16 respectively. Two phase system detection characteristics are obtd. by the comparators 15, 18 and circuits 13, 14. Thus the phase error signal outputted from a latch circuit 5 becomes of a high level signal in case of the rotations being lower than omega0 and low level in case of higher than omega0.</p> |
