<p>Compounds of formula (I) in which R1 is H or halogen, R2 is H, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, haloalkyl, cyanoalkyl or alkoxycarbonyl, R3 is H, alkyl, formyl, hydroxyalkyl, haloalkyl, cyanoalkyl, aminoalkyl, mono- or dialkylaminoalkyl, nitroso, nitro, amino, mono- or dialkylamino or alkoxycarbonyl, R4 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl, R5 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl, R6 is hydrogen or alkyl, n is 1 or 2, G1 is CH or N, G2 is O, NH, N-alkyl or alkylene, G3 is (-CH(OH)-CH2-CH2-), (-CH2-CH(OH)-CH(CH3)-), (-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-), (-CH(OH)-CH2-CH2-CH2-), (-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-CH2-), (-CH(OH)-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-) (-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-CH2-CH2-), and G4 is S, O or (-CH=CH-). These compounds have attractive pharmacological properties. They have, in particular, a remarkable protective effect on the stomach and intestines in warm-blooded beings.</p> |
