PURPOSE: To provide a compsn. having preferable taste and flavor and consisting of an unpleasant edible oil, inorg. complex forming agent which is oil-insoluble and forms such a complex that its viscosity increases with oil, sensation masking agent to mask the taste and odor, and sweetener. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. consists of (A) unpleasant edible oil which is preferably a vegetable oil or sea food (mixture), (B) inorg. complex forming agent which is oil-insoluble and forms such a complex that its viscosity increases with oil, (C) sensation masking agent to mask the taste and odor of the oil, and (D) sweetener which is preferably an amino acid-based sweetener, dipeptide sweetener, aspartame, glycylrhizin, etc. The unpleasant smell, flavor and taste of the oil are removed. The component (B) above described is preferably present by 9 to 45wt.% of the whole suspension. |
