PURPOSE:To obtain RIM material excellent in shock resistance and heat resistance by mixing bisphenol A epoxyresin with cycloaliphatic modified amine, modified cycloaliphatic polyamine, rubber component and polyimide. CONSTITUTION:A liquid A composed of bisphenol A epoxyresin is mixed with the liquid B composed of cycloaliphatic modified amine of 5wt.%-70wt.% shown by the formula (I), modified cycloaliphatic polyamide of 5wt.%-20wt.%, rubber component of 5wt.%-30wt.% shown by the formula (II) and polyimide of 5wt.%-30wt.% shown by the formula (III) in a mixing head, and then said mixture is poured into the rubber mold or the resin mold in a vacuum chamber, whereby a molded object is produced. Bisphenol A epoxyresin is a main material and effects to keep mechanical strength, and cycloaliphatic modified amine effects to improve the shock resistance of molded material. Modified cycloaliphatic polyamine effects to improve its heat resistance, and rubber component effects to improve the creep characteristics of molded material, while it effects to improve the shock resistance of molded material. |
