PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product having low calorific value and harmonized delicious taste of meat and mushroom and useful as a raw material for sausage, etc., by culturing mushroom mycelia in liquid medium, thereby utilizing mushroom protein as a subsidiary raw material for edible meat product. CONSTITUTION:Mycelia of mushroom is cultured in a liquid medium to obtain the objective product utilizing mushroom protein as a subsidiary raw material for edible meat product. |
