PURPOSE:To produce simply a ceramic wire with good yield by a method wherein after the flexible tubular object which disappears in the sintering of ceramic material has been filled under pressure with ceramic material, this tubular object is sintered. CONSTITUTION:A tubular object 13 is spirally wound on a core body 11 from its one end to the other end. Next, after ceramic material 17 has been packed into the tubular object 13, the metallic piece 19 having almost same diameter as the inner diameter of the tubular object 13, is inserted into the part of the side opposite to sealed part 15. Next, the metallic piece 19 is pushed into the tubular object under the pressure of about 1ton/cm<2> by using a high pressure pump, thereby pressurizing the ceramic material 17 having been packed in the tubular object 13. Thus, the tubular object 13 is filled under pressure with the ceramic material 17 without the occurrence of gaps. Then, the ceramic material 17 is sintered in the atmosphere of oxygen or air at the sintering temperature of 1000-1100 deg.C, whereby a ceramic coil 21 is obtained in the state where only ceramic remains. |
