<p>PURPOSE:To form patterns rich in variety, to perform the mass production of the same pattern and to reuse a resin, by forming a film to the outer surface of a decorative main body molding by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A decorative main body 1 is molded by injecting a colorless transparent synthetic resin or a colored transparent synthetic resin having colored particles 3 mixed therein and is a molded product provided with a wall thickness of a certain degree and hue having depth. A surface film 4 consisting of a dark color part 5 darker than the decorative main body 1 and becoming a ground color and a coloreless or colored transparent part 6 is applied to the outer surface of the decorative main body 1. By this method, the hue having depth of the decorative main body 1 is viewed in a more deeply emphasized state by the dark color part 5 and the dark color part 5 having any shape or the entirely the same shape can be formed to the outer surface of the decorative main body 1. Since the resin injected in a mold is only composed of one kind of the resin forming the decorative main body 1, the resin solidified in a linear can be reused.</p> |
