PURPOSE:To efficiently form a tube having high quality by using movable molds at both sides, which is possible to take sufficient contacting length between molten metal and the mold and don't slide between the cast tube and the mold, instead of a fixed mold. CONSTITUTION:One pair of circulating belts 12a, 12b circularly connecting many mold blocks 11 are circulated between pulleys 14 so as to form the mold space 13 extending to vertical direction by mutually abutting on each block 11 at center part of the belts. The rotating plate 15 (or nozzle) arranged in the space 13 is rotated with a motor 17 through the driving gear 18 and the rotating shaft 16. The molten metal 23 in a storing vessel 21 is pressurizer with pressurizing mechanism 22 and flowed out on the plate 15 through tip part of a nozzle 18 passing through piping 20 and the round shape hole part at center part of the plate 15 and scattered against the inner wall of the block 11 is becoming drip by rotation of the plate 15 and stuck. The stuck drip is cooled with a cooler 25 at outer periphery of the block 11 to become solidified shell 26 and by developing this, the tube 27 is made from the space 13 accompany with running of the block 11 and carried out. |
