DECORATION MEMBER FOR AUTOMOBILE HAVING CONDUCTIVITY

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide function of crew detection sensor to seat without requiring modification of design by inserting a conductive sheet between a fabric and a polyurethane foam sheet then welding it from above the fabric through supersonic wave. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl chloride series sheet 2 mixed with conductive fibers is first sandwiched by a fabric 1 applied with polyvinyl chloride film and a polyurethane foam sheet 3. Then an electrode is applied onto the fabric 1 in order to carry out supersonic welding to the core body of an automobile door trim, i.e. a paper board. When a decoration member prepared in such a manner is employed as an automobile trim, existence of person can be detected based on the permittivity of human body through variation of electrostatic capacity. When the conductive sheet is arranged at the under side of seat, appearance is also improved.
