Beschrieben werden Verbindungen I <IMAGE> mit R(1) gleich H, Alkyl, Alkoxy, Hal, NO2, OH, Acetamido, Amino; R(2) gleich H, Alk(en)yl, Phenylalkyl; R(3) gleich H, (Cyclo)-alk(en)yl(alkyl), Phenyl, Phenylalkyl; R(4) gleich H, Alkyl, Alkoxy, Hal, CF3, NO2, OH, Acetamido, Amino; A gleich -C^C- oder -CH=CH-; R(5) verschiedene Amine; m und n gleich 1-3; sowie ihre Salze. Beschrieben werden auch Herstellungsverfahren. Verbindungen I sind hervorragende Calciumagonisten oder Calciumantagonisten. Sie haben außerdem Blutzuckerregulierende Wirkung.
