<p>The unit comprises an air-bubble generator (3) fixed on a float (2) to be propelled so as to move around a stationary tube (1) on the top end of which there is a slide contact device (11) so that electric power can be supplied. The distance between the generator (3) and the float (2) is adjustable by adjusting rod (24). When the propeller (37) rotates, air is drawn through an inlet tube (31) and through the inlet holes (341) (see Fig. 2) of a transmission tube rotatably connecting the propeller with its electric drive motor (35). Thereafter, the air is released through outlet holes immediately behind the propeller. A baffle plate (39) prevents the sludge on the bottom of the pond being disturbed, so that the water will have higher solubility of oxygen.
