<p>PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency, in motion control of an automatic crane through pulse count, by storing position and speed of a moving body upon power failure and obtaining distance to an original point based on the stored data upon recovery of power then determining a speed pattern and moving the body to the original point. CONSTITUTION:Upon provision of power interruption detection signal from a power interruption detecting circuit 21 to a microprocessor 22 and a power interruption memory RAM24, the microprocessor 22 stores power interruption through an I/O circuit 27 and writes a pulse count of a pulse encoder 16a, speed and running direction into the RAM24. Upon power recovery, distance from stopping position of the moving body to an original point is obtained based on the content stored in RAM24 if the speed during power interruption is not zero, then a speed pattern is determined with reference to the distance and control for returning the moving body to the original point is carried out. With such arrangement, operation efficiency can be improved.</p> |
