PURPOSE:To prevent creeping phenomenon by allowing shift operation only when a lock pin is pushed out from a lock groove and disengaged. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic actuator 19 for rotating a cam plate 15 to a closed position A based on stepping operation of foot brake pedal is arranged on a detent plate 15. The cam plate 18 is rotated to the closed position A through a spring 20, and when the electromagnetic actuator 19 is excited, the cam plate 18 is rotated through a rod 19a to an open position B, and when the electromagnetic actuator 19 is de-energized, the cam plate 18 is reset by the spring 20 to the closed position A. |
