PURPOSE:To increase the bending strength or the like of a resin panel, by a method wherein expandable resin, supplied on a fiber reinforced plastic layer which becomes a surface plate, is cured to integrate both of them while foaming the expandable resin. CONSTITUTION:A surface plate forming resin 2 is supplied on a running belt conveyer 1 and a reinforcing fiber mat 3, such as glass fiber non-woven cloth or the like, is supplied on a resin layer 2A to impregnate the resin 2 into the mat 3. Subsequently, expandable resin 4 is supplied continuously on a resin impregnated layer 3A to laminate them, thereafter, the laminate is transferred into a heating and foaming furnace 6 under this condition. The expandable resin 4 is foamed in the furnace 6 and respective layers are integrated utilizing the pressure of foaming, thereafter, are cooled to cure them, thus, an expanded resin panel with the surface plate, which is prominent in bending strength and the like, may be formed continuously. |
