PURPOSE:To improve the writing and the erasing properties of the titled material by specifying a center line average roughness on the surface of the titled material, and by curing a hydrophilic colloidal layer contg. a mat agent with an active halogen type hardener, and by specifying surface tension of a coating solution applied on the hydrophilic colloidal layer which is positioned at the most upper layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled material is formed by applying the hydrophilic colloidal layer contg. at least one layer of the mat agent on a supporting body. The surface of the titled material has the center line average roughness of 0.15-0.8mum, and the hydrophilic colloidal layer contg. the mat agent is cured by the active halogen type hardener. And, the surface tension of the coating solution applied on the hydrophilic colloidal layer which is positioned at the most upper layer, is controlled to 28-38dyne/cm. Thus, the excellent writing and erasing properties of the titled material are improved. |
