PURPOSE:To keep dusts, which come from an unloading device, from adhering to a work and make it possible to realize clean molding by a structure wherein a chucking mechanism is installed on a plate, which is arranged slidably normal to the direction of mold opening on a base provided extendingly sidewise below a mold. CONSTITUTION:When an injection molded item is unloaded by opening molds 94, under the state that the molds are opened, the piston rod 31 of an air cylinder 3 is contracted so as to shift a plate 2 in the direction of the molds 94 on a base 1 provided extendingly sidewise below the molds 94 in order to quickly advance a chuck 53 provided on the plate 2 in between a pair of the molds 94. Next, after the chuck 53 is stopped at the center of the movable mold 94, the chuck 53 is somewhat shifted in the direction of a work in order to grip the work W. Next, the plate 2 is shifted in the direction away from the molds 94 in order to remove the work W from the molds 94. In this case, since the base 1, the plate 2 and the air cylinder 3 locate below the molds 94, the dusts, which come from them, are sucked in a duct collector below, resulting in keeping the dusts from adhering to the work. |
