PURPOSE:To reduce the heat flow due to thermal conduction flowing out from a metal plate via a spacer, and improve the thermal efficiency of an equipment, by constituting a spacer of wire material, making the contact area between each metal plate and the spacer as small as possible, or using the spacer whose thermal conductivity is small. CONSTITUTION:By using a circular ring of, e.g., coil-type, as a spacer between each metal plate 12, the spacer comes into point contact with each metal plate 12, and the sectional area of the coil can be reduced. As compared with the case where the spacer 14 is constituted by spot welding, the quantity of heat flow Q can be reduced by a factor of about 20, and heat loss in the radial direction can be restrained to obtain an equipment having excellent thermal efficiency. Since the spacer 14 can be easily fixed on the surface of a metal plate 12, assembling the metal plate 12 in a layer type structure is easily enabled. When the spacer is constituted by using insulating material like alumina whose thermal conductivity is small as compared with metal and the like, the thermal loss is further restrained. |
