<p>An enzyme electrode comprises an enzyme immobilized on a polyaniline or a derivative thereof prepared by electrolytic oxidative polymerization or chemical oxydative polymerization using an aqueous acidic solution containing aniline or a derivative thereof. The enzyme electrode is excellent in the current dependency on oxygen concentration and the mediator leaching property and suitable for use in fuel cells, bioreactors, biosensors, etc.</p> |
