PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of trouble by winding fly wastes, etc., around rotating parts, by engaging bearings with the tip part of a base rod and supporting a peg body which is a conical body through the bearings on the base rod. CONSTITUTION:A base rod 1, bearings 2 and 2 and peg body 3 are assembled into a rotating peg device (P), which is protrudingly provided on a rocking frame (F) with a screw part (1b) of the base end of the base rod 1. The rotating peg device (P) is inserted from the bottom surface of a roving bobbin (B) to cover almost the whole peg body 3 with the roving bobbin (B) and prevent fly wastes, etc., from sticking to the bearings 2 and 3. |
