PURPOSE:To read out data for each color with high efficiency, by providing a counter which increases an address one by one to generate a clock as a control signal for controlling a printer only for the effective image data. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with the rising of CLK signal, counters 601bk and 602bk for black start counting up, whereas the other counters are prohibited from counting since their enable terminals are low. When an output of the sub-scanning counter 602bk is equal to Q input of a comparator 603bkc because of the counting-up of the black counters 601bk and 602bk, enable terminals of cyan counters 601c and 602c are high, and therefore, the cyan counters 601c and 602c start counting. Yellow counters 601y and 602y start counting last of all. In consequence to this, an address is generated, and the data is read. The address is delayed by the space of a photosensitive drum to send out the data. Thus, only an effective image portion is outputted to a printer. |
