PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber composition having a low hardness and excellent resiliency, by mixing an ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber with a specified chlorinated or chlorosulfonated polymer. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber (A) is mixed with 3-30wt.%, preferably, 5-15wt.% chlorinated or chlorosulfonated polymer (B) selected from among chlorinated PE (a) of a degree of chlorination of 30-40mol.%, chlorosulfonated PE (b) of a Cl content of 25-35wt.% and an S content of 25-40wt.%, and chlorinated ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber (c) of a Cl content of 25-40wt.%, and the mixture is kneaded. |
