发明名称 INFILTRATION VESSEL FOR HORIZONTAL CONTINUOUS FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an infiltration vessel for a horizontal continuous furnace which prevents the formation of the residual pores in an infiltered product occuring in the nonuniform shrinkage on solidification of a liquid phase particularly in the stage of cooling by forming the inside bottom surface to be placed thereon with skeleton with an inclination relatively to the outside bottom surface. CONSTITUTION:An infiltration vessel 11 made of a carbon material is formed with an inside bottom surface 14 to be placed thereon with skeleton 3 via an infiltration material 12 with an inclination relatively to an outside bottom surface 15. A well 16 for contg. therein the molten material 12 is formed below the surface 14. The skeleton 13 is placed via the material 12 on the surface 14; thereafter the side where the surface 14 is high is directed to the advancing direction and the vessel 11 is inserted into a horizontal sintering furnace. In other words, the material 12 of the liquid phase melted in the furnace and infiltered into the skeleton 3 is brought near the outlet in the cooling zone in the furnace and the solidification is initiated from the part a' remote from the vessel 11. At the same time, the material 12 of the liquid phase is sucked by volume shrinkage and since the part a' is in the position higher than the liquid phase part, the movement of the material 12 does not take place and the formation of residual pores in the part b' in proximity to the heating zone is obviated.
