PURPOSE:To rotate a body to be driven forward and reversely by alternately superposing three metallic blocks and two piezoelectric body vibrators and mutually bonding the metallic blocks by two bolts reversely thread-cut. CONSTITUTION:Three metallic blocks 9-11 are prepared, and two piezoelectric body vibrators 7, 8 are held among each metallic block. The opposed metallic blocks 9 and 10 and 10 and 11 are connected respectively by bolts 12, 13. Screws 12a, 12b and 13a, 13b for these bolts 12 and 13 are thread-cut mutually in the opposite direction at that time. AC power 15 is connected to either one of the piezoelectric body vibrators 7, 8. Accordingly, when the piezoelectric vibrators 7, 8 to which the AC power is applied are changed over, a body to be driven brought into contact with the edge face or side face of the title drive can also be rotated in the forward direction or the reverse direction. |
