PURPOSE:To improve the blacking and the unevenness of the titled body by coating the both surfaces of an original paper with polyethylene, after treating the original paper composed of a pulp with a thermal calender. CONSTITUTION:The pulp fiber which is made to a stable fiber by beating the pulp, is used for a paper having a larger jagged surface to improve the dispersion of a material for papermaking, and in order to make the paper having a small jagged surface, the pulp is treated with the thermal calender to raise the density of the surface of the original paper. The titled body is formed by treating the original paper composed of the pulp which is controlled to 10-35% the total weight of sieve residual amounts of 24 mesh and 42 mesh based on the weight of the pulp measured by the fiber length distribution by means of a fiber classification testing machine, with the thermal calender at a surface temp. of 70-140 deg.C, followed by coating the both surfaces of the original paper with the polyethylene. And, the original paper is effected a surface sizing with a film forming polymer such as a modified polyvinyl alcohol, etc., to strengthen the surface of the original paper. |
