PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a control member, an electric wire or a hose during fitting-mounting work by connecting a linear unit and a fitting element to a control valve in a casing in order to supply electricity/pneumatic pressure or electricity/hydraulic pressure energy. CONSTITUTION: A control valve 70 arranged in a casing 25 of a linear unit 20 supplies compressed air to cylinder chambers 1, 1' from holes 2, 2' on the basis of a first signal to move a piston 41 along with a piston rod 42 in the direction of an arrow mark X and to linearly move a fitting element 90 with a grip element in the same direction of the arrow mark X. The control valve 70 further supplies a signal corresponding to a micro control valve 80 connected to a piping system 91 in the fitting element 90 through an electric wire 61 in a guide pipe 60 to turn a grip device provided at the fitting element 90, around an axis.
