<p>PURPOSE:To measure and display a rectification state quantitatively, by using a fiberscope to acquire and condense the arc light dependent upon rectification defects and by performing photoelectric energy conversion by a phototransistor. CONSTITUTION:Sensor part 2 where plural elements are arranged and dispersed in one linear line and are molded by epoxy resin and so on is formed at one end of cable-form fiberscope 1 and is arranged oppositely to sliding end part 5. When rectification sparks 10a-10d are generated in sliding end part 5, elements of fiberscope 1 arranged near their generation parts transmit a light corresponding to magnitude of respective sparks to light receiving part 7. Light receiving part 7 gathers and processes the total quantity of rectification sparks in the time of gate circuit opening and closing and converts it to an electric quantity corresponding to it and digitizes the electric quantity. If the electric quantity is caused to correspond to the number of sparks previously for A-D conversion of the electric quantity, the rectification state can be displayed quantitatively by digital values 1-8.</p> |
