PURPOSE:To keep the toner storage quantity constant approximately to make the toner supply quantity to the developing device constant, by connecting plural toner tanks. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with toner tank 1 to supply toner 2, toner tank 8 connected to toner tank 1, toner agitating material 14 provided in tank 1, toner transfer means 12 provided in tank 8, and toner transfer quantity control means 11 provided in the connection part between tanks 1 and 8. When the toner quantity in tank 1 is smaller than the fixed value, toner transfer material 12 is operated to transfer the toner of tank 8 to tank 1. |
