PURPOSE:A relatively low-cost chlorinated polyethylene composition having excellent chemical resistance, obtained by compounding a specified chlorinated polyethylene, inorganic filler, lead-containing inorganic compound, and organic peroxide. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprising 100pts.wt. amorphous chlorinated polyethylene (a) with a degree of chlorination of 30-45wt%, obtained by chlorinating a polyethylene having a molecular weight of 150,000, 20-100pts.wt. inorganic filler (b) selected from among carbon black, synthetic silicate type white carbon, barium sulfate, and titanium oxide, 5-100pts.wt. lead-containing inorganic compound (c) selected from among an oxide, hydroxide, and sulfate of lead, with c+b in total being 180pts.wt., and 0.001-200pts.wt. organic peroxide (d). |
