PURPOSE:To shorten charging time of raw material, to increase the iron production ratio and to stabilize the raw material piling condition in a furnace by controlling change of opening degree and opening speed of a large bell at each charge of divided raw material. CONSTITUTION:At the time of charging the raw material of ore, coke, etc., as dividing, the charging time of the raw material into the furnace from the large bell hopper 8 at each charge of the divided raw material, is found by vibration measured with a vibration detecting element 18 or impact force detected with a pressure detecting element 19. Further, the dropping track of the raw material is found from a pressure track detecting element 21 for measuring dropping track and piled raw material profile is found by a profile meter 22 as piled angle. Each measured data is inputted into a computing element 23 to calculate the opening degree and opening speed of the large bell for charging the next raw material. Based on the calculated opening degree signal, positioning control of the large bell is executed with a limit switch 14 arranging to the large bell rod 11, to adjust the opening degree. Further, the calculated opening degree signal is transmitted to an oil hydraulic device 15 for driving the large bell rod 11, to control the opening speed of the large bell. |
