<p>PURPOSE:To increase the tensile strength and rotation destruction strength of a clutch facing and improve its feeling quality by using fiber containing glass fiber as warp constituting a basic material woven cloth, and using fiber containing rock wool as weft. CONSTITUTION:A base material woven cloth is pre-formed so that this pre- treated base material woven cloth may extend circumferentially, and a clutch facing is made up by forming through heating and pressurization this pre-formed article into a cylindrical shape. At this instance, fiber containing glass fiber is used as the warp of the base material woven cloth, and thus, the clutch facing is given with a desired mechanical strength. Also, the clutch facing is given with a desired anti-wear quality and feeling quality through the use of fiber containing rock wool as the weft of the base material woven cloth, and vibration at the engaging time of a clutch is cancelled.</p> |
