PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of collision with the stroke end by a method in which a conversion signal obtained from conversion with a function becoming zero when arm angle signal is max. or min. is multiplied with output signal of an operating lever to obtain a control signal to control the flow rate of pressure oil. CONSTITUTION:A speed controller for a front member consists of a variable discharge pump 10, the discharge controller 17 of a pump 10, an angle sensor 18 of arm 3, an arm operating lever 19, and a controller 20. For the controller 20, a function generator to convert arm angle signals by a function of becoming zero when arm angle signal is max. or min. is provided. A control signal is obtained from the product of output signal of the function generator and the output signal of the lever 19 to control the controller 17. On the stroke end of the hydraulic cylinder, the speed of the hydraulic cylinder is zeroed to prevent the occurrence of collision with the stroke end of the hydraulic cylinder. |
