<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to avoid a valve action changing mechanism from generating malfunction in operation in a case of low temperature of oil by controlling the valve action changing mechanism and fuel supply to an engine according to temperature of operating oil and engine speed. CONSTITUTION:In a case of low temperature on which viscosity of operating oil is high, namely when detected value by a thermal detector is lower than a preset temperature, a solenoid 44 is made to remain demagnetized by a control means 45. Thereby, a valve action changing mechanism 10 is made to be in an acting state for low speed, therefore generating malfunction in operation can be avoided. Still then, when detected value on an engine speed detector 47 exceeds a preset value, fuel supply to the engine is stopped by the control means 45. Thereby, it can be avoided that intake valves jump owing to overhigh engine speed as intake valves are made in acting state for low temperature or mixture becomes too rich or overretarding an engine having an electronic fuel injection device or a spark advancer.</p> |
