CONSTITUTION:When a transmission lever 1 is brought into contact with a backing contact point 5, the voltage of a battery 8 is applied to a delay circuit 10 and AND circuit 11 respectively. In this case, if the lever 1 passes the backing contact point 5 in a time shorter than a specified delay time, when the output of the delay circuit 10 is changed, the voltage of the battery 8 will not output. Therefore, a backlamp 9 will not light. On the contrary, if the lever 1 stays at the backing contact point 5 for a time longer than the specified delay time, when the output Of the delay circuit 10 is changed, the voltage of the battery 8 is applied to the AND circuit 11.
