<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain a thermochromic coating film having heat resistance, adhesivity resistance and heat yellowing resistance, by forming a specific patterned coating film on the surface of nontempered plate glass and baking ink of the coating film in tempering of the nontempered plate glass. CONSTITUTION:A patterned coating film is formed on the surface of nontempered plate glass of borosilicate glass by thermochromic ink of inorganic- based ceramic blended with a frit binder. Then the thermochromic ink is baked simultaneously with tempering of the plate glass. By formation of the coating film, the patterned coating film made by the thermochromic ink is dried and baked simultaneously with tempering of the borosilicate glass. Therefore, tempering effect on glass is never lost in burning of the thermochromic ink. Production process can be abbreviated since treating effects are collected into one.</p> |
