<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the destruction of data by storing the abnormal state information detected out of a computer into a memory which backs up a power supply and checking said stored information when the next application of power supply is instructed to decide whether the power supply should be applied or not. CONSTITUTION:The external electric power is supplied to a computer 1 containing an abnormality monitor means 11 via a power supply control part 12a of a power supply device 12. A control part 21 is added to an automatic power supply controller 2 together with an automatic operation calendar memory 22, an abnormality information memory 24 that back up the power supply, etc. Then the part 21 sends a command to the part 12a based on a schedule stored in the memory 22. In this case, the abnormality information on the computer 1 obtained by the means 11 is stored in the memory 24 via the part 21. At the same time, the part 21 sends a command to the part 12a for cut-off of the power supply and then checks the abnormality information stored in the memory 24 at the next application of power supply to decide whether the automatic application of power supply should be carried out or not.</p> |
