CONSTITUTION:The sag detector 12 consisting of a laser sensor, etc., is provided between tandem rolling stands 1A and 1B, and connected with it, the speed correcting device 11 is disposed in the circuit. The correcting device 11 consists of a tension deflection comparator 13 and a speed correction integrating instrument 15, a speed correcting value Np is sent out based on a sag detecting signal Sp of the detector 12 and a signal of a tension deflection t from an adder 3. When the sag is formed between the stands, by adding the correcting device 11 immediately, an unit speed correcting value is acquired to correct the speed. In this way, because the generation of the sag between stands is quickly eliminated, the generation of missroll is prevented. Therefore, the rolling operation is stabilized.</p> |
