<p>PURPOSE:To effectively deodorize malodor from gas at a low running cost by water spraying bivalent iron ion liquid into a permeable ceramic layer by means of a pump and a spraying component and permeating malodorous gas into the permeable ceramic layer containing said bivalent iron ion liquid. CONSTITUTION:Malodorous gas is compulsorily blown into an odor passage 1 by a blower 2, and the malodorous gas in the gas passage 1 is deodorized by a deodorizing means 3. Said deodorizing means 3 consists of a permeable ceramic layer 4 of required thickness provided in the passage 1, a spraying component 5 to spray the bivalent iron ion liquid on the ceramic layer 4, a recovering tank 6 to recover the bivalent iron ion liquid sprayed on the ceramic layer 4 and a pump 7 to feed the bivalent iron ion liquid in the recovering tank 6 to the spraying component 5. Then, the bivalent iron ion liquid is sprayed on the ceramic layer 4 by means of a pump 7 and a spraying component 5 and malodorous gas is permeated into the ceramic layer 4 and deodorized. As a result, deodorizing is adjusted effectively at the inexpensive equipment cost and running cost.</p> |
