<p>PURPOSE:To improve a thin film coating characteristic to a glass substrate and to provide a desired spectral characteristic to the titled compsn. so that accuracy is improved by incorporating deacetylated chitin or the salt thereof into the compsn. CONSTITUTION:Refined chitin is obtd. by drying and pulverizing the skins of Arthropoda and shells, etc., of mollusk, for example, the shells of snow crabs, subjecting the powder to a hydrochloric acid treatment and rinsing, then treating the powder with an aq. sodium hydroxide soln. and rinsing and drying the treated powder. This refined chitin is again treated in the aq. sodium hydroxide soln. to prepare chitosan. An aq. chitosan acetate soln. is prepd. from this chitosan. The aq. chitosan acetate soln. is worked to a thin film and the film is dried, by which the thin film of the chitosan acetate is formed on the glass substrate. A positive resist is coated in the form of a thin film thereon by a spin coater and is subjected to pattern exposing by an ultra-high pressure mercury short arc lamp via a photomask. The dyable layer (chitosan acetate) exposed by developing is dyed, by which the red patterns having good pattern accuracy are formed.</p> |
