PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated type ceramic sheet having large resiliency, strength against bending and capacity by providing an outer electrode together with plural inner electrodes laminated by means of a flexible derivative ceramic sheet in which the absolute value of its grain size is 5mum or less. CONSTITUTION:A flexible derivative ceramic sheet is made of lead-based simple or composite perovskite compound which has a thickness of 100mum or less than, the ratio of the size of each of grains by which the sheet is formed to the thickness of the sheet being 1:8, and the absolute value of the grain size being 5mum or less than. An electrode film is formed on this derivative ceramic sheet by, for example, spattering method, and it is covered with rubber outer resin or the like having flexibility, then it is possible to obtain a flexible ceramic condensor. Further, plural laminated inner electrodes and an outer electrode for taking out static capacity are provided by means of plural ceramic sheets. In this manner, such ceramic condensor of laminated type having large flexibility, strength against bending and capacity can be obtained. |
