发明名称 EXTREMELY LOW DEW-POINT ADSORPTION DEHYDRATION PROCESS FOR MULTICOMPONENT TOWN GAS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To adsorb moisture in the gas and regenerate adsorbents with small fluctuation of calories of town gas, by using synthetic zeolite as solid adsorbent to remove moisture, and repeating adsorption and regeneration alternately by changing over adsorption and regeneration steps in succession. CONSTITUTION:When moisture is to be removed from multicomponent town gases containing flammable gases comprised mainly of H2, O2, CO2, N2 and hydrocarbons, adsorption of moisture in the gases and regeneration of adsorbents are carried out by repeating adsorption and regeneration alternately, changing over in succession the adsorption step and the regeneration step, using synthetic zeolite as solid adsorbents to remove moisture. The process for regenerating adsorbents, i.e. synthetic zeolite, in the apparatus is such that the regeneration circuit comprises a closed circuit to the outside, in which pressure being at most 1kg/cm<2>G and temperature 150 deg.C or lower and part of gas to be dried being circulated to conduct regeneration. In this case, as heat sources, heated gas produced from oxidizing catalyst layers by using a part of gas to be dried as fuel gas is used. As a result, fluctuation in calories of town gases is small, without deposition of high polymer gas.</p>
