<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an element with an excellent detection accuracy, by arranging a part to exist in a fixed layer with a less heat conductivity than that of the layer. CONSTITUTION:Platinum leads 3 and 3 are mounted securely at both ends of a cylinder-shaped alumina carrier 1 with a glass (fixed layer) 2 having bubbles existing therein as being inserted into a cylinder with a specified length. A platinum thin film 4 with a specified width is supported spirally on the outer surface of the alumina carrier 1 to form a heating resistor. Moreover, a platinum paste with bubbles existing inside is baked at both end faces of the alumina carrier 1 to form a platinum-based connector section 5, which allows electric conduction between a platinum lead member 3 and the platinum thin film 4. Thus, a less heat conductivity of the fixed layer is made possible as a whole through a part with a less conductivity existing in the fixed layer thereby enabling the obtaining of an element with excellent detection accuracy.</p> |
