The present invention relates to an appliance for coating seeds stored in bulk form, by means of a liquid treatment product, including a seed conveyor extending between an inlet orifice for the seeds coming from a reservoir of untreated seeds and an outlet orifice for the seeds coated with the liquid treatment product, and means for spraying of the liquid treatment product inside the conveyor onto the seeds as they move along. This appliance is characterised in that the movable member 5, 6 of the conveyor 4 is coupled, by means of a linking mechanism 14, 15, 16 to the drive shaft 17 of a volumetric counter 11 supplied by a hopper 2 containing the seeds 3 in bulk form. <IMAGE>
