PAID EXCHANGE SYSTEM OF TELEPHONE

PURPOSE: To solve a service charge problem of a charged guidance and to promote further extension of the charged guidance service by sending an advertising message before call communication is started. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber analysis in an advertising message system 13 decides that a caller desires discount of a charge resulting from hearing advertisement, the system 13 generates a proper message. The message is sent to a local telephone station 11 via any of message trunks through a charged exchange system 14 and a local exchange system 12. When the advertising message is finished, a proper charge bill item is generated by a charge bill section of the advertising message system 13 and the discount charge is informed to a customer. Thus, a problem that the charged guidance service charge is too expensive is solved and the charged guidance service is furthermore promoted.
