PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food capable of preventing geriatric diseases, providing a large amount of food fibers nicely edible in large quantities, reasonably controlling excess and deficiency of nutrition, by adding an amino acid to a solution of food fibers to coagulate the solution into a jelly state. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution or suspension of food fibers (e.g. sodium alginate or agar) is blended with 0.5-2pts.wt. based on 10pts.wt. food fibers of an amino acid and coagulated into a jelly state to give the aimed food. |
