<p>PURPOSE:To dexterously reproduce only a record part by setting the titled VTR to a quick winding and reproducing state, only in a period in which it is decided that a video signal is not reproduced as a result of detection of a video judging circuit for detecting whether the video signal exists in a reproducing signal or not. CONSTITUTION:The titled VTR is provided with a video judging circuit 4 for detecting whether a video signal exists in a reproducing signal or not, and a control circuit 7 which can set the VTR to a quick winding and reproducing state, in a reproduction instruction period, and also, when the video judging circuit 4 has detected that the video signal does not exist. In such a way, even in case of reproducing a magnetic tape having a blank in plural parts of the recording contents, a blank skip is executed automatically and continuously by a single operation of 'blank skip reproduction', and only the recorded part can be reproduced dexterously.</p> |
